The Claretians employ more than 100 full-time staff members who manage and support diverse programs including Publications, Communications, Advancement, and Operations.
- The Publications Department is responsible for fulfilling the Claretians publishing ministry with products such as US Catholic, bilingual publications, newsletters, and electronic publications.
- The Communications Department ensures timely, cost-effective communications, consultation, leadership and support to the Claretians and their ministries.
- The Advancement Department employs fundraising professionals and support staff who financially support the work of the Claretians through Planned Giving, Direct Mail, and Major Gifts Programs.
- The Operations Department includes internal support functions including Human Resources, Buildings, and Finance.
